Biography

For over 20 years I have been one thing above all: A Scout. Professionally that translates into supporting individuals and groups in discovering new ways of working and living together. As Mediator, Agile Coach, Facilitator and Trainer I do exactly that – meeting people and organizations where they are and accompany them on their next step. Right now, I work as a full-time Team Lead and Agile Coach for MBition / Daimler in Berlin.
